Excluding fine jewelry, returns are gladly accepted for items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.
Fine jewelry returns are accepted for credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return or exchange,
please fill out this form with relevant details to receive a prepaid label.
$10 will be deducted from your refund for the prepaid label.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date you mail your return
for the refund (except for fine jewelry returns) to be issued
to the original form of payment.
